At SLA Goodies, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be cancelled.
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped or processed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support channels.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by our Return Policy.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:
Flower orders cannot be cancelled once order processing has started.
Same-day or scheduled flower deliveries cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
No cancellations are allowed after dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
To request a cancellation:
Contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Provide your order ID and registered contact details.
Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on order status.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within [X] business days.
Shipping or service charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Re-delivery may be attempted at an additional cost.
SLA Goodies reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
